Cresswell Consulting was formed by Oliver Cresswell following over 20 years in industry across FMCG retail and the London Market insurance sector.
With deep expertise in hands-on programme management, change delivery, consulting and governance, Cresswell Consulting works with organisations to drive complex transformation initiatives, enhance operational efficiency and ensure strategic oversight of change programmes.
Oliver has led large-scale change and cost reduction programmes in both corporate and regulated environments, bringing a pragmatic, results-driven approach to business transformation. His experience spans traditional waterfall and lean project management, as well as experience driving Agile adoption within a FTSE100 organisation.
